(1) Nepal Electricity corporation Act, 2019 (1962) has been repealed, and the Nepal electricity corporation formed thereunder has been dissolved.
(2) All movable and immovable assets and liabilities of the Nepal Electricity Corporation dissolved under Sub-Section (1) shall accrue to the
Authority.
